Transcripts & Records
Transcript requests must be made in writing. A Transcript Release Form is provided for your use. The completed form may be faxed or mailed to our registrar, Diana Oleson. You may email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org only if you are able to scan the form and add an original signature. Forms are also available for walk-ins in the Main Office.
Once the request is received, allow three (3) days for processing. Transcripts can be picked up at the main office or if you would like them mailed to you, allow a few additional days for delivery. If you are a former student, you may choose to have the transcript mailed to your home or directly to the institution. If you are a current student, you must pick up the transcripts in the main office. If someone other than the student is picking up the transcript, we need written permission from the student if the student is 18 or over.
